Belmont Lake State Park has incredibly amazing trails! Perfect place for a long run or if you own a mountain bike and want to cross train during off season there's endless amounts of trails to train on, during the summer heat of in the winter cold! There is a lake there BUT you are not able to swim in it - only the ducks :) 

Bring your family and friends too! After you are done with your run you can kick back and relax with them at the picnic table and next to a grill for a cook out..You can also row a boat (10 for an hour!) if you're in the rowing mood.
