Found at the eastern tip of Jones Beach Island, Captree is a haven for aquatic adventure. Open and charter boats are available for fishing, scuba diving, and sightseeing excursions.

BIKE: I am not sure if that small piece of road (white road in picture) is worth bringing you road bike - but that's all up to you! I have never been there before so if you have and you know more about the cycling there please let me know! Mountain bike optional! 

RUN: It's all about the trails! That small piece of road can be optional as well
