Featuring a boardwalk and over 6 miles of ocean beach Jones Beach State Park is a world-class swimming destination. The park also features the Theodore Roosevelt Nature Center.

BIKE: The road is about 6.3 miles back and forth - great bike ride PLUS a great view.. Be aware of cars! Not many cars go by but some still do! 

RUN: I long run planned? Jones would be perfect for one! All road - trails are optional
